What if I run out of products before my next shipment?
If you’ve run out of some, or all of your products before your next kit has been processed, you can contact us and we’ll send your kit straight away.
Your billing date will also be brought forward accordingly, and you will receive future kits on the new date each month.
You can change the frequency of your kit by going to 'my account' and edit your preferences accordingly, you can amend the frequency, next order date, and any other amendments you may wish to make. .
